What can be deleted
Connected account metadata, OAuth state artifacts, stored token records, and service-side linkage records for the relevant account.
Support records may be retained only when needed for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@spgutils.ru with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Include the platform name, account identifier, and enough detail to verify ownership of the connected account.
Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion within a reasonable operational window after verification.
If third-party platform data must be deleted separately, we will explain the practical limitations and next steps.
